In general, desktops will be free of any major cosmetic blemishes. Some dents or dings may be present but represent a small percentage of the overall lot.

Internals are blown out to ensure the removal of large debris.

The chassis may have cosmetic damage including scratches, blemishes, or dents.

Specific cosmetic damage
to faceplates or other components will be noted
on a line item basis.

Packaging Desktops

Desktops are always securely palletized.

Then they are wrapped with black stretch wrap.

Lastly, they're fastened with straps & topped with a "Do Not Stack" sign.

Testing Desktops

TESTING PROCESS

Verify that device passes technical full functionality tests including but not limited to: POST, no error codes, video output, cooling fans operate normally, keyboard mouse input, etc.

Ensure that the desktop is NOT BIOS locked, Intune enrolled, or Absolute/ Computrace locked.

Non-OEM labeling is removed and the desktop is cleaned.

Functional and cosmetic evaluation and grading is performed. Desktops are then assigned a cosmetic condition grade following the R2 V3 REC Conditions Table.

Lot Sizes Desktop

LOT SIZES

Around 130 units dependent on unit form factor. Needs to be a full pallet around 48in Length - 40in Wide - 34in High. Usually around 1000 lbs.
