CONDITION
Laptops are evaluated and assigned a cosmetic condition grade following the R2 V3 REC Conditions Table.
Our laptops may have cosmetic damage from normal wear and tear. We log cosmetic evaluation notes per serial number and check for missing components.
PACKAGING

Laptops are packaged on a pallet in a cardboard gaylord box with slotted panels to fit 1 - 3 individual laptops.

Single pallets may contain 52 - 468 laptops depending on device size. The pallets are also securely strapped down.
TESTING PROCESS
Verify laptop passes technical full functionality tests, including but not limited to: POST, no error codes, video output, cooling fans operate normally, keyboard mouse input, webcam & microphone functionality, etc.
Ensure the laptop is NOT BIOS locked, Intune enrolled, or Absolute/Computrace locked
Non-OEM labeling removed and laptop is cleaned.
Evaluate cosmetic condition
and grading.
LOT SIZES
Single pallets may contain 52 - 468 laptops depending on device size. Lots are awarded on a per pallet basis
