How do I pay for my order?ACH or Wire is preferred, however you can pay via Credit Card and a 4% processing fee will apply.

Where is the gear located?Our gear may be located in any of our 8 facilities across the USA and will be specified in the bid. Buyers may consolidate orders by arranging shipping to a single facility.

How has everything been tested/graded?We test everything according to R2v3 (Mesa, Phoenix & Memphis) requirements. More specifics will be included in the bid description.

How will I know that I've won a bid?You will be notified via email to the email you provided.

When will bids be awarded?For most lots available, they will be awarded every Friday, before 5pm MST and winner will be notified, unless otherwise specified.

What are target prices?Typically target pricing is based upon what we believe the fair market value is at time of posting. However, the bid will be awarded to the highest bidder whether or not the bid was above or below the target price.

After I send payment, how long will it take to ship?After confirmation of payment receipt, you will receive an email with the weights and dims so that you can arrange shipping. You must pick up your purchased lots within 5 business days or they will incur storage fees of $100 per pallet, per week.

Who is responsible for setting up the shipment?As the buyer, you are responsible for arranging shipment for purchased lots.

Can you give us a quote for shipping?ER2 Wholesale will not provide quotes or arrange for shipping purchased lots.

How do I know about lots before they go live?Subscribe to our email list to receive updates on when new lots are posted and lot results.
